General Public Absentee Ballot Applications

There are three ways that you can obtain a voter's Absentee Ballot:

  1. In Person: Once absentee ballots are available, you may go to the following address no later than the day before the election and request, receive, and vote your ballot at the board office.

  2. By Mail: Print and sign your Absentee Application (PDF) and mail to:

  3. Online: Please fill out the following form to begin your online Absentee Ballot application. Please note that after your application has been generated, you will still need to print, sign, and mail your application to the Absentee Department address above. If the election you wish to request an absentee ballot for does not appear in the drop-down below, please use option #2 above.
